Highlights from Sustainable Tennessee, Policy and Practice Meeting

Every year, the Council invites our state’s sustainability leaders, thinkers, individuals and organizations to convene and discuss priority issues for the upcoming year and beyond.  The result has been the Sustainable Tennessee Agenda, available for download.

This year, our meeting took place on Thursday August 21 at West End United Methodist Church, 2200 West End Blvd. in Nashville.  Participants listened to leaders in the field, and engaged in small group brain-jam sessions to explore the question: “What will it take for Tennessee to lead the nation in sustainability?

Thank you to all who attended and shared your positive vision, ideas, expertise, wisdom and sense of hope!
