SUMMARY:Ravenwood High Garden Maintenance
DESCRIPTION:Ravenwood High School is home to two vibrant native wildflower gardens created by Tennessee Environmental Council that provide food and shelter for pollinators\, reduce stormwater runoff\, and create hands-on learning opportunities for students and volunteers. These gardens showcase the beauty and importance of Tennessee’s native plants while transforming campus spaces into thriving habitats. Volunteers play a key role in maintaining these gardens\, ensuring they continue to flourish as both an ecological resource and an outdoor classroom. We would love it if you could join us! \nWhat to wear/bring: Volunteers are asked to wear clothing you are comfortable getting dirty in and closed-toed shoes. We will have gloves and hand tools\, but feel free to bring your own supplies. Please bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated during the event.
